Commitment
Meeting CompAInion is designed to keep everything on your device. We do not collect, store or transmit any of your data.
On-device processing
All audio, video and text analysis is performed exclusively on your device, with no internet connection. No data is ever sent to a server or the cloud.
Data processed
The app only processes files you import or record (audio, video, images). These files stay on your device and are never shared.
Local storage
Reports, metadata and history are stored in the app’s protected container. You keep full control over them.
AI models
The models (Voxtral Mini 3B, FastVLM) are downloaded once from Hugging Face, then used locally. No data is sent to Hugging Face or any third party.
What we do not collect
- Personal data (name, email…)
- Meeting content
- Usage metadata
- Technical data, except local debugging logs only you can access
GDPR
By design, the app is GDPR-compliant: no data is transferred outside the European Union or shared with third parties.
Security
Your data is protected by Apple’s native mechanisms: app sandboxing and storage encryption.
Your rights
- Delete your local data from the app
- Export or re-analyze your reports
- Uninstall the app, which removes all associated data
Updates
Any significant change will be announced in the app. Your consent will be asked for any new feature involving data.
